Eliminate Stubborn Stains & Odors with Rocco & Roxie Professional Strength Cleaner

eucommia: I was hoping that this product was purely an enzyme preparation with no perfume, but it is a combination of a strong surfactant, some soap and enzymes and what they call "naturally-derived odor counteractant" - which is the odor it emits. It is not a bad odor, but it is one I would have preferred to avoid in my home, no matter how natural it may be. I lightly sprayed a small spot on some carpet at the far end of our house, went outside to get the mail, and within 5 minutes that odor was everywhere in our house. I will use this product until it is gone, then I will look for another one with no scent.

Rosemary Campbell: I just bought a new carpet, and decided to invest in this product "in case". Sure enough, my toy poodle decided to baptize the new carpet. She did a very small urine release that I couldn't see on the patterned carpet, but I could smell it. I used this product, and it gave a nice fresh smell for a day or two, and I kept my dog out of that room. However, the smell gradually returned. I tried it a second time, but think I will be better off shampooing or steam cleaning the carpet. A very expensive product that doesn't quite deliver.

Shannon Harris: My dog has issues with her glands expressing frequently and finding a product that removes the set-in stains and fishy smell has been high on my priority list for cleaning products. I’ve typically used Nature’s Miracle spray which I think works well but not amazing so I’ve been looking around. During my search for a new product I came across this spray. Overall there’s more good than bad but the bad is really obnoxious to me so that is was resulted in 4 stars

GOOD: removed set in stains easily and better than most products used in the past without color loss or lightening. It’s also a major plus that I can use it on a variety of surfaces and different uses.

BAD: the initial smell is really nice and not overpowering. However, after about 1 minute of being in the air or in contact with a surface ESPECIALLY a stain the smell becomes like rancid mildew. Just something really unpleasant smelling. Once it dries the smell does go away though. Also, the trigger nozzle leaks all over your hand when you use it. I ended up using a spray nozzle from another brands bottle to resolve this issue.

Overall great product and will purchase again but they really should...

Crystal Small: We got a puppy 6 months ago and my daughters cat decided that she would protest this addition by peeing repeatedly on the landing of our basement stairs. I have the nose of a bloodhound I swear and spent 7 full days battling the smell in the carpet. That smell had me in full war mode. I could not rest until that putrid odour has removed forever.

I tried bottles of natures miracle! Yes bottles, tried my Hoover pet steam cleaner, tried vinegar as per the internet which only made matters worse. Tried warm water with tide laundry soap. Late at night I did another search on Amazon and found this miraculous product. brianne deneau: I am a breeder that has 8 cats in the home as well as batches of kittens throughout the year. About 8 weeks ago my worst nightmare happened…one of my moms got a UTI and started peeing EVERYWHERE. I’m talking the gas stove top, couches, clothes, bathroom floor, my bed and even the fricken toaster! Yes…the toaster. You name it she peed on it. The UTI was treated at the vets and I was hopeful in my heart that would solve the problem. WRONG, not only did she not stop peeing despite the uti being treated but the other 7 started peeing in all the spots she had gone. No matter what I did these cats kept peeing. I spent a month desperately doing everything I could, feliway plug ins, calming collars, extra vet visits, washing floors and surfaces with vinegar, added 3 new litter boxes on top of the 8 I already had, (most are the robot self cleaning litter boxes so yes they are always clean for the cats) and nothing would stop them from peeing. Beyond frustrated I searched Amazon and low and behold I came across this product. Alls I can say is GODSEND! I put a small amount in my laundry, mop my floors, spray the couches, even wipe the stainless steel on the gas stove, and the outside...

KK: This cleaner honestly is a MIRACLE cleaner, I'm not even kidding! It saved me and I seriously can't say enough good things about it!

I wanted something that was safe enough to spray indoors that wouldn't hurt my cats with chemicals, yet something that was going to be powerful to eliminate the spraying that some of them had randomly (after many years of living together already) decided they would start doing around my house. Being that I had more than one cat it was hard to detect which one the culprit was, and which of the exact areas of my house that they were "competing for" - all I knew is that I could smell it all of a sudden so it must be happening that one of them (or more of them) were mad at or with something - for reasons that I had tried everything to fix and figure out prior, to no avail. After a month or so - there were a few areas in my house that were clear that one or more of the cats had sprayed - I would clean the area's that were clearly used as a "marking battleground" with soap, vinegar, cleaning products - you name it, I tried it...literally nothing worked - the smell was ALWAYS still kind of there after I deep cleaned, and I swear my cats would watch...

L. L. Katherman: Let me set the stage for this long review. I am diagnosing myself as CP phobic (cat pee phobic). This is not yet an official disease but I am working on a patent. The roots of my CP phobia come from my childhood days as does everything else that is wrong with my life but I will skip the details for a book I will later write and discuss with Dr. Oz. Cats were around me in my childhood days and due to absent parents, they peed everywhere and little was done to clean it up. Therefore, the smell of cat pee brings severe anxiety, anger, and anything else that is related to a negative feeling. In 2002, a small kitten followed me into a 7-11. She was friendly but obviously abandoned and probably had her days limited if left in the busy parking lot of this convenience store. So on this wonderful day in the winter, I walked out with a Diet Coke, a pack of Marlboro lights, and a kitten. All three items were destined to deteriorate my health.

Fast forward to 2017 and this same cat is still with me. I am almost certain this cat will outlive me and I am only 34. This is the last cat I will ever own. Due to her age, attitude, and possibly her political views, she decided to start peeing...
