ELEGOO Neptune 2S FDM 3D Printer: High-Precision, Professional-Grade 3D Printing

ANDRES FELIPE GIRALDO HINCAPIE: the machine arrived with a misalignment in the extruder gear system. This caused the Hotend to become clogged. How can I proceed with the claim? I already adjusted the gear system but the Hotend is completely obstructed by the material. If you consult the social networks Facebook, this fault is being very recurrent in the latest printers

JGPR: Me parece que es una buena impresora para iniciar en el mundo de la impresion 3D. Es un poco ruidosa por los ventiladores que tiene y precisamente, debido a que dejo de hacer el ruido acostumbrado me di cuenta de que en menos de un mes... y menos de un kilo de PLA el ventilador de la fuente de poder dejo de funcionar. Me gustaria saber como se podria hacer valida una garantia.

Elegoo reached out even after I returned this machine and was fully refunded. They gathered my shipping information and sent me a new printer free of charge! This is what it means to have great customer service and Elegoo has acted far better than any American company ive shopped with before. I am in the middle of assembling the new printer and will update further if I run into any problems but the fact that they sent me a new printer, free of charge, because their reputation matters to them deserves a 5 star rating in my opinion. Great customer service so thank you Elegoo, I will update this rating once I get this machine tested but for now they get 5 stars for this customer service resolution.

To preface I have 2 Lotmaxx SC-10s, a Ender 3, and a Ender 5 Plus. I am experienced with FDM and I recently dipped my toes in Resin and bought a Elegoo Mars 2 Pro and love it!

Ive had this printer for almost a month and so far all of my calibration prints havent came out good at all. I have tensioned wheels and belts multiple times with no luck. It looks like it may be an issue with warped Z rails. I will be tearing the whole printer apart...

zach: I was looking for a good quality FDM printer that I wouldn't have to spend a fortune on as money is tight. I was looking at the Ender 3 for the longest time, and right before I was about to pull the trigger on it, I found the ELEGOO Neptune 2S. It came with all the upgrades that I would have done to the Ender 3, and after going back and forth I decided to give the Neptune a shot. I was not disappointed. Upon opening I was surprised by the high quality material that came on this printer. Some of the stuff, like a full metal extruder with run out sensor, I wasn't expecting to be able to find on a printer at this price range. It wasn't difficult to build, and I would recommend this printer to anyone of any 3D printing experience. The only issue I had was that the power supply seemed to be missing the threading needed to attach it to the printer directly. Although this was unfortunate, the printer still worked perfectly with the power supply tucked behind it. I reached out to ELEGOO's customer service team and they were very quick to not only respond, but resolve the issue within a timely manner. A quality inexpensive printer with a top notch customer service team...

Jason DJason D: Let me start off that i am not one to leave reviews but credit is given when credit is due. This was my second elegoo printer towards the end of a running print i smelled that burnt electronics smell. I check the printers and notice that my hot end fan is stopped. I used a USB fan to allow my print complete, then remove the motherboard cover and observed some scorch marks above the fan2 header. Contacted Elegoo support and after submitting a few photos of the affected area they responded by sending out another motherboard. That is the type of support behind a product that keeps people coming back to a brand. I will be looking more into other Elegoo products for future purchases.
