BF: cats love the fish but the pole was useless. For the price it works well for the cats on it's own.

Marie323: This is a cute fish but my little man (cat) is afraid of it. He will play with it if its off but if I turn it on and it starts to wiggle he jumps and runs. I am hoping over time he will like it more as I have been spraying it with cat nip.

Miss Linsay E Thomson: This is not a durable toy. Zip was broken within two hours. If I have time I’ll remove and replace with a Velcro fastening. Not great but pretty cheap so didn’t expect much.

Amazon Customer: The media could not be loaded. My cat was originally a farm cat so he likes to go in and out like a dog. He loves stalking and chasing live prey outside so I thought this toy was a great idea for him to play and burn off some energy when he had to stay inside. Well...before I took this video I did show him the fish and that it moved so he wouldn’t be scared of it but I guess that didn’t matter. After he freaked out from the fish he distrusted all the other toys and even my shoes 😂 my cat is completely fine now but doesn’t play with the fish but it’s funny when my roommate accidentally kicks it in the morning and freaks out. This product is a great idea and my sister’s cat loves it, my cat is just scared of fish lol.

#AskMissPatience: The media could not be loaded. What I like about this fish:
1- looks like a fish compared to the first one bought and returned from a different company
2- rechargeable with cord
3- tail moves
4- two catnip packets included
What I don't like about this fish:
1- fish is NOT motion activated by presence like kid toys. Get near and it moves
2- fish is not motion activated when picked up or moved
3- fish requires aggressive excess movement of the device to activate tail
One of the two kitties rubbed the fish pretty hard with a loving neck caress more than once due to her love catnip. Finally, our friend Flipper wags his tail.
Giving two stars because the cats both like the toy with catnip packets. It the motion starts by me or them at some point they do engage it.
If I was able to add a second video, which Amazon didn't allow on mobile, I have a video of the other cat grooming sitting up snuggled next to a flapping fish. Not the fished fault kitty doesn't maul it.
Minus three stars because it's an effort to make the fish wag. It'll take me effort to teach the cats Flipper is fun if they grab and smack a little harder....

Izzie T.: Terrorized the dog, entertained the cat, and was fairly easy to recharge. Just make sure you get it’s tummy well sealed (easier said than done when it’s flopping).
