Anon: It stopped zapping after using it twice. Didn’t need to use it that often. Used a couple of times and stored it. When I tried to use after a week, it didn’t zap anymore. The flashlight works. Charged again and still didn’t work. Useless. And I am out of my return window.

Lisa Gorsuch: It was perfect the first day. But the button broke so I have to press it so hard that it's impossible to use. By the time I swing it, the pressure I'm putting on the button releases and it turns off. I got a second one thinking it was just a bad product, but the same thing happened to the second one. Broken button. Don't waste your money.
