William Boyd: I was skeptical about ordering dishes on line. I was worried pieces may be broken. However they were very well protected during shipping and nothing was damaged. There was also a note that if anything was broken I could contact them and they would replace it. I love the pattern and the shapes & sizes of the bowls, mugs and smaller plates.

And the quality so far is very good, nice finish, no issues. I can't really say how durable they are over time... but so far, so good. I'm getting a second set!
