Amazon Customer: The plates look very nice. A couple small blemishes (tiny dark specs, 2 or 3 total- 1 small bubble on bottom of plate) all expected with handcrafted plates, so nothing to complain about! Overall look is beautiful. The design looks lighter than pictured, but still pretty. Heavy weight. One mug had a chip, but they have already shipped the warranty replacement.

Nicole: I am so happy with this product. Took a little longer to get here than initially told but AMAZING dishes. Will match perfectly with any kitchen style. There was a slight chip on one of the mugs upon opening. Not the end of the world, but I might eventually have that replaced.

BDBD: The dinner plate is not shaped properly,1 salad plate has a bump on it and the other one is pitted so the color has not covered those areas.

Timothy Kieffer: I’ve been searching for new dishes for ages & am very pleased with these. Judging from the product photo the colour is more creamy that white & that is what I was hoping for. They arrived very quickly & nothing was chipped or broken. They provide replacement if there is damage plus an extended warranty for one year is available free of charge if you review the purchase. I’ve only used them for a few days so I can’t comment on how they’ll stand up to use.
