Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Sturdy enough for the likes of 250 13-14 year olds! Bought it for a club at school and staff and students came out to play. A huge hit! The bean bags are durable, the board itself is lightweight and setup is delightfully easy.

Sue Runions: The game is a good game. The legs could be a little sturdier on the board and the material of the bean bags could be a little higher quality otherwise no complaints. Also, for the price it would be nice if the bean bags came with a carrying case. All in all I recommend this purchase over some of the others that are advertised.
I had originally purchased through Walmart what I thought was the game, but I only received the bean bags, they were very nice bags and they came in a nice carry case but were no good without a board, and the add looked like they came with a board, so I sent them back and ordered through Amazon who always gets it rights. Way to go Amazon.

W. Avery: I almost didn't buy these, after reading some of the reviews.

We received ours a couple days ago and the family hasn't stopped playing. We packed them up last night and stowed them in the motorhome. This morning the grandkids wanted to play again. We unpacked and have been playing all day.

As far as them being "flimsy"...... I'd say that they are truly lightly built but seem to be well built. I can see where you would not want to throw them around and may want to store them fairly carefully. However, for using them as a game, they seem plenty sturdy.

If I find out differently, later on, I will certainly edit my review but for now, it's 5-stars (all things, including price, considered).

PhoenixPhoenix: Great cornhole game set for those who only want it for casual play. Great for the price if you don't want to spend a whole lot for a regulation wood set.

The material is a shiny plywood so the bags will slide more then on the wood boards, but the bags are heavy enough that they won't slide too much.

Only con for me about this cornhole set is that the boards do not snap together. If you see in the pictures, I don't see how they would even stay together, but they do, but not securely in my opinion. They advertise that you can hold the bags inside the boards, but the weight of all of them just pops them open. So I wouldn't even suggest carrying them inside. The mesh bag works just fine carrying all the bags. Also, when I got my game, 2 of the things that are supposed to hold the boards together were broken. Not a big deal since the boards still seemed to stay in place. But again, not securely.

This is a good beginner set, which is why I bought it. But if I decide to upgrade, I will make sure the boards actually snap together or have a lock to keep them together. Or better yet, I might just buy a separate carrying case.
