Van Dog: Per un bambino la batteria può andar bene, il legno è ottimo ma le meccaniche fanno un po' pietà.
Io ho riciclato questa batteria usando il tom da 8 e il rullante da 10 e trasformandoli in pad per batteria elettronica.
Se invece volete intraprendere la strada del diy posso dare alcuni consigli per fare altrettanto:
togliete wrap e meccaniche
con del nastro adesivo tappate i buchi dall'interno e riempite con stucco per legno
rifate i buchi per alloggiare nuove meccaniche più resistenti
una volta asciutto carteggiate e o dipingete o usate del wrap
installate i trigger all'interno

Helen Courquin: Bought for my son for Christmas and we put it together fairly easily though instructions were not great. The drums feel good quality and it looks great, the only problem we have (which I have since seen mentioned in other reviews...) Is that the kick pedal for the largest drum doesn't actually connect to the drum as it should. Watching a few videos of the same make of drum on YouTube it looks to me like the drum design has slightly changed but the pedal hasn't so there is no way to clip the pedal to the drum. We have had a work around and bluetak'd the pedal to th floor in front of the drum, but it is disappointing considering the price and I thought I was getting something good not something that I had to modify myself to get it to work properly!!

We gave this to my 2-year old on 10/3/23, he has played on it a total of less than 20 minutes, and already the whole thing is coming apart. The legs of the kick drum keep getting loose on their own causing the kit to fall over, all the attachments for the cymbal and the two drums are essentially non functional and the attachments are so loose nothing stays in place and the kit is very nearly unusable. I think I’m going to return it. Not even a week in and it’s basically trash already.
Assembly is no big deal for someone who knows how to put together drums but for an absolute first timer it may be a bit confusing or incomplete feeling
Sound quality, I don’t anyone expects these to sound that good…they don’t, but come one…
My main issue is build quality. The hardware meant to attach the snare and tom drum to the main kick drum are not built in such a way that allows them to actually tighten. The drums, no matter how tight you make the attachments, are loose and thus the drums are a bit floppy and will kind of rotate/spin on the attachment rod.
Should the person for whom these are intended actually play them for any decent...
