The product is great. There is no seal under the lid and no protection of the lid which got loose in shipping and the shampoo was leaking out of the bottle. I rinsed off the bottle, waited for it to dry and put it away. The bottle was still decently full so I just kept it.

Good does the job shame it's not a hydrating hypoallergenic shampoo. Lasts absolutely ages still got half a bottle left dog is very happy with it no embarrassing annoying scratching after 2 uses will be ordering more.

I've used many dog shampoos over the years. This is by far, the best product on the market! It's great for my beagle with very sensitive skin. It also works fantastic for my black lab!
