Marilyn Stout: I used a slide grader when I student taught 20 years ago. I never really thought about buying one for myself. YES, for 19 YEARS I have figured my grades!!! That's crazy! This grader is now a NECESSITY for quicker grading. To grade WITHOUT having to add a step is stress relieving. It's just quicker. Teachers need tools like this to get work done quicker!! Highly recommended!

>^..^<: This is a nice, sturdy grader. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is based on how many the student got wrong instead of how many they got right. I'm used to doing it the other way. Not a huge deal and I would still order it again if I needed one.

Dog Owner: Joining the ranks of teachers who have used the regular version of the E-Z grader for more than 20 years and can't see it without glasses!! My originals are still working, but I decided to buy two of these larger-print graders for this school year. It's nice to leave one at home and one at school, and not have to use my glasses for them. Bummer that it doesn't go higher than 70 items, but it works fine for the day-to-day work I have students complete. I can use the calculator for anything over 70 items! I agree with previous comments - nice, bright yellow color stands out better than the teal. It still fits in a pocket-folder or a sleeve to stash inside my planner. My original graders have held up well, and these seem to be made of the same stock paper with grommeted corners. The slider doesn't wobble inside the grader like it does in knock-off or dollar-store graders, so I don't have to worry about checking the alignment before recording grades.
