Karim: The air track lasted about 3 days. For the 3 days if kept its air, my daughter loved it. It becomes pretty rigid which is great for tumbling.
But on day 3, it started losing air and could not be used anymore. I think the air leak is where the plastic piece to inflate the track is but I'm not sure. It might be because my daughter used it for 4/5 hour per day to do tumbling the firdt 3 days so I guess if you want to use it to jump on it, pass?

Erika A Mims: They under rated condition as “used fair” so I was NERVOUS about this order!! I couldn’t believe it- excellent quality doesn’t even appear used at all. Manual, registration card for product, box for pump. Repair kit if tear wcer happens & carrying/storage case. Again, I was not expecting it to be this way, and I would’ve rated this new without box! So I’m thrilled w purchase!

Shani Lynch: I will say I was hesitant to buy because of the reviews that said it came dirty like it was used. My delivery came on time packaged very well and clean. Easy to set up. Just opened it and my kids has only been using it for about an hour now and it's still inflated. 1 of my girls is 120lbs and it doesn't show signs of deflation so as of now I gave it 5 stars

I live in a small three bedroom apartment on the top floor, but I'm less than a block away from a school. My daughter and her friends will inflate it and drag it to the school and go practice, then deflate it and bring it home.

Our trek wasn’t holding air so customer service contacted me to make it right! They sent me a replacement after exchanging emails and finding the best solution! Thank you so much Candice!! We are so happy and ready for the reason!
Myself and my kids were throughly enjoying this trek but less than one month it will not hold air. It’s been a complete disappointment for us and for how much the trek I thought it would last us years. We bought a repair kit but we are not sure how to find the leak/leaks. There are no visible holes or damage to the trek…. :(
