cnyconsumer: I have found these batteries to be the best I have used to date regarding power and longevity. In short, expensive but worth it. HOWEVER, when I received the mailing package it felt strangely lumpy. Opened it and all the batteries fell out. I discovered the cardboard container had been torn and the plastic covering peeled back. This did NOT happen at the Duracell factory and was NOT a result of UPS handling. This was something that happened at Amazon prior to shipping and they should be ashamed. In order to report a problem such as this they won't accept it as a notification of a problem, your only option is to request a refund or exchange, neither of which were appropriate or required in this case. Very disappointing in all respects.
