Gerson Rosa: My dog focuses on every squeaky part of a toy. It lasted maybe 40 minutes for my German Shepherd. He rips all his toys apart for the squeaky part; since the squeaker is built in the toy, he keep tearing apart. If youre dog is going to destroy every toy, maybe look for another option

Don Green: Our dog destroys every toy, but this one has lasted. Except for the squeaky part. The squeak went in one day. The toy looks like it will last a long time though.

Jessica McCoy: Seems pretty durable but not sure if that's due to size. It's fairly large so my dog can't easily chew on it enough to destroy it. My dog still loves to play with it even though it's too big to continuously chew and create the squeak (which is nice for me). I wouldn't say it's great for teeth cleaning, but it may be useful for anxiety.
