Kelley Jacobs: The media could not be loaded. Just received this product and tested it out. It works great for both my pups and am looking forward to using it on hikes and long car drives. The only thing is I first filled it with water to try it and no water came out so I tried poking the hole where the water comes out with a toothpick and now it works like a charm and the water goes back in nicely!!
