John: Rec'd the tennis balls and tried to install one. It kept falling off. The inside does not have any ribs that are deep enough to add pressure against the inside on the ball. My Drive walker #10244-1 was given to me at the hospital.
So I set up a chat with a Drive rep to see what I needed to do. My question; "I purchased Drive tennis balls to go on my Drive walker to replace the hard rubber inserts on the bottom of the back legs. When I put the tennis ball onto the leg it will not stay. It slides/falls off. Am I supposed to add tape or paper between the leg and the inside of the ball to hold it on the leg?"
Drive rep response; "Thank you for your patience.
I have contacted our technician and they have confirmed me that the glide will fit and stay firm. You don't need a tape to keep hold of it."
My response to the Drive rep; "So I don't know what the hell I am doing? I am confirming that they do not stay on the leg. I will return them since they do not stay on the legs and will give them an online review. I will buy regular tennis balls and add a cut and use them. Tell your techs that they need a lesson on customer service. Not that they care."

Amazon Customer: Quick and easy fit! I was surprised that It has a hard yellow plastic disc at the bottom that is in touch with the floor so though it’s not as quiet as I was hoping, this feature is likely to keep users safer from flying away on actual tennis balls. The hard bottom yellow disc leaves a slight waxy skid mark but it does wipe off (doesn’t wreck the floor) though my floors are hard walnut therefore shows easily. They also send bonus replacement hard insert pieces for this product so when they wear down you already have replacements!
