But this actually fit and still had more room on the velco if needed. The materials seem kinda cheap. But its a halloween costume so im not worried about it. Spirit halloween sells $60 costumes that are trash and people buy those every year lol. I plan to paint white bones as the bat skelton on this so him and i match costumes. Sooo cute

Jim HJim H: A local winery was doing an early costume photo shoot for pups for Halloween and I needed something quick to participate and get those professional photos before the upcoming holiday. This was very reasonably priced, arrived very quickly, and was easy for Delphi to wear. She didn't really mind it at all!

As other reviewers mentioned, definitely try to get measurements and don't rely on weight. I have a very dense rescue mutt and while she looks small, she's 45 lbs at the time of purchase (still growing). She also has a pretty thick neck and chest; much bigger than she looks. But measuring is fool-proof. I ordered the large according to the measurement guide and it fits perfectly.

Now... a warning. When I first opened it, I thought it seemed like cheap cardboard with black felt glued on it. Heck, it might be just that, but when Delphi is wearing it, it just looks good. And that's what matters here! Even if she did get tired of it and decided to take it off and/or destroy it, no harm done! It's inexpensive enough that I don't feel like it'd be a waste of money.

Easy to put on and easy to get back off. I just wish it was reflective so I may spray some glow paint on it. But cute as is.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Arrived timely, well packaged, delivery perfect. Extra Large fits well on my 95 lb Lab, with extra velcro to spare on the two straps (one goes around his neck, other under his front chest. The product is a very thick felt material with an extra cardboard like feel to the wings to ensure the wings don't flip flop. They stay in place when he walks, no movement. I really like this costume for my dog....he will tolerate it just fine. SO....the only reason I gave a 4 vs 5 star is because the two stickers on the outside packaging implied from Amazon that this may be a 'seconds' yet the china sticker says the costume is new? The felt did have some dirt or what looks like maybe dried drool? It came right off with a Lysol wipe. I will call Amazon to inquire about what that sticker meant.

M BM B: It suits my cat really well and the 2 velcro straps fit comfortably. She wore this for a couple hours on Halloween and seemed pretty happy about it. Since then she's nudged her head against it to wear it again and she purrs when I put in on her. Probably helps that I bribed her with treats for the first wear so there's a positive association.

KASKAS: I bought the large while on sale for $21 and it works great for my 7 month old Standard Poodle.
It came folded so I’ll be laying it flat under something heavy for a day or so and we’ll see if that makes it go flat. If that doesn’t work then I’ll take out the stitching that makes it stand up.
The straps are super long so there is a ton of room for adjustment but these fit my dog perfectly with the straps being in the perfect matched spot - the Velcro is perfectly lined up. I would love to know how the xl sized wings would look but I would be worried that the straps would be much too large so I’m sticking with the large. They will look larger if I can get them to lay flat.
Also, my munchkin cats absolutely love playing in these wings so they double as a cat play structure. Haha
