Ben: A minor complaint is that they do not latch in the raised (non load bearing) setting and can lock back in the down position automatically. This caused an issue with opposite corners locking via high centering as I was lowering. This is solvable by actuating two at a time which is probably better for the structure anyway.

Martin: Same issue as most, the casters do not swivel because when mounted they are not perpendicular to the floor.

Canadian GooseCanadian Goose: I just installed these on a 400 lb bench, and the bottom flange immediately bent on all 4 casters. This resulted in an out of level arm when the casters were engaged, so the could not swivel. If the flanges on the mount came closer to where it slides into the receiver, or it was one gauge heavier material, this wouldn’t happen. Nice parts, but does not deliver the performance as specified.

Travis Martin: The mechanism for the casters to retract is terrible. When I move my workbench around, the casters retract on their own (basically, the workbench falls). I wouldn't buy these again.

JacksonJackson: The wheels/rollers are small and not great for moving things around. So all up pretty expensive for the quality and functionality offered.
In the up position the lever sticks to the leg so I find myself under the bench lowering the casters by lifting the bench with my back and lower the casters with my hands.
Lower the bench is fine.
