The nipples do not come with the holes poked so you have to do it yourself. After poking a hole in the tip, still found it difficult for formula to come out and would have to give a gentle squeeze just to feed. Says there is a silicone film that should peel off the nipple hole - LIES!!! Absolute waste of money and not worth the frustration when you have screaming,starving babies. Buy anything else.

I've fostered 2 litters of kittens that would only nurse from these nipples. The regular nipple shown on the bottle. Kittens even preferred over Miracle nipples. I wish i could buy just the regular nipples and not all those extra different shapes and sizes as I just throw them away. I have to buy the whole sets just for 2 regular nipples. Seller???
