Donut-Shaped Pillow for Tailbone and Hemorrhoid Pain Relief

Jay: I have a higher end computer chair that is very comfortable except for the seat of the chair after long periods of time. Working from home 8 hours a day often left my seat area feeling fairly numb. I purchased this donut pillow to alleviate the numbness and it does a good job, however I often have to readjust in my chair as the lack of grip on top of this pillow gradually leads me to sliding down the seat and slouching. If there was an option to have a grippier material on top instead of the soft, velvety material I think that would help with the gradually sliding down the seat I encounter through out the day. Overall, its a good product and how effective it is for you depends in part on the type of chair you want to use it on.

lgr: Very comfortable. Has made my body feel better. One problem, there is a smell (odor) that is not very pleasant. I removed the cover and it is not just the cover. I hung the entire donut pillow in an airy place over night. Smell is less but not gone.

Najja Gandy: I could just be stupid BUT the way the people are using this is not correct. I bought a donut for a broken tailbone and sitting in this like the people in the video is actually more uncomfortable.

The divets you see on the sides are where it folds. Half of it goes on the back of the chair and the other half on the back of the chair. It’s so your tailbone is free floating and it shifts you a smidge forward off of your tailbone to alleviate pressure.

Stacey Herbst: I bought this because I have a very bad back. Recently I started having severe discomfort in my tailbone area while riding in a car. I tried everything. Muscle relaxers, chiropractic care, pain relievers etc. I’ve seen the doctor for it and there’s really nothing to be done. I finally found this pillow and thank goodness I did! It provides just enough support that I can sit comfortably without my lower back/tailbone area pinching the nerve. I can easily adjust it if I am still uncomfortable and need to switch positions just a bit. If you’ve tried everything else and you just can’t stand it anymore, try this out. It may help you too
