DeanaDeana: My first dog, so my first dog vest. I wish the Velcro area was larger so I could tighten it more. Neat feature= has reflective stripes. Took off a star on breathability because it is solid fabric with Zero mesh (in case thats important to you) UPDATE 9/24/22 The velcro part does NOT work anymore. Do not waste your money 😭

nhesebecknhesebeck: The media could not be loaded. Generally, just walking around I can control my cat with it but if he decides to zoom off for some reason then I can't stop him. He backs up, slides out the still clasped vest, and within a second he goes running. This has happened twice and he was scared off by a loud noise each time so he just ran to the front door of the house. He can also wiggle and contortion his way out of it but this is a slower process, video included of him trying. He is 12.5-13.5 and I have him in the medium. I started with the velcro on the loose fit and have made it tighter but he can still get out. Not sure if going down a size would help or not because he's a cat and I feel like if he wants out then he will find a way.
I wish I knew ahead of time that the orange is safety vest orange. Less cute than I thought.

Angel: Quality seems nice. Color is bright and vibrant and the reflective peices seem to do their job. I'd definitely buy this again. However, the size chart is off. It's much bigger than expected. I bought this for our (very) large cat and while it fits she can weasel out of it. She's 16inches around her chest exactly, I measured twice and my SO measured again just to be sure. I ordered the medium as the size chart suggested. I'll keep it as I'm sure she'll grow bigger as she's just barely over a year old, but be aware that you'll definitely need to order a size down from what your actual measurements are.
