My favorite souvenir tumbler broke, so I removed the picture that was in between the plastic walls & started looking for a suitable replacement. The picture fit perfectly in this new tumbler & looks even better than the original. It doesn't keep drinks as cold as a vacuum sealed metal tumbler, but it does a decent job. Highly recommended for personalized gifts!

Good cup, bought it for my bf for Christmas. No cracks, cup looks good quality. The only thing I’d say is bad is it didn’t come with instructions on how to replace the picture but I found instructions here

The cup itself is pretty nice as well. The lid fits snug and the lip is nicely rounded and smooth. Compared to other cups with inserts, this is pretty premium.
