We were doing the whole use a trash bag in the diaper pail trick but then our baby started eating solids and the stink filled up the whole back side of our house. We have a diaper genie and these bags fit perfectly and I think that they give you more bag than the original refills do. (I was normally able to get 3-4 diaper sausages from the diaper genie refills, these ones give me 4-5 sausages on a regular basis and I may have gotten 6 once.) These have definitely helped with keeping the stench down better than the trash bags. I do use them along with the Ninja Mama charcoal deodorizers, which those help a tremendous amount. I think that together they make a good team. Once you take it out and seal it up I don’t notice that much of a smell.
These are great and are a good price for the amount that you get.
