Honestly I admit...: This product created a nice amount of bubbles for bath. I used probably a cap full of product for bath, unfortunately does not say how much to use, just a "generous amount". I however, felt relaxed and tired, not energized. I will try it again and give an update if I feel energized next time. I have sensitive skin and it did not cause any problems.

Ktcakes: This really is what my body craves for, without it I don't think I'd sleep. It's not as good as the actual salts when it comes to aroma, I especially like the lavender ones, it leaves your skin so clean. I am hooked and I can't run out. A definite must if you need to relax and unwind.

Emma: I suffer from widespread chronic pain due to fibromyalgia. This helps ease muscle pain and joint pain a little. I find it to be more effective with added Epsom salts or magnesium salts.
