LBNYopLBNYop: I tried tugging on it, pulling hard,even while I'm afraid of breaking the holder. The holder is just a piece of plastic; no spring or button to push to snap out the dermarollers to switch to another size dermaroller. So I'll just use the different dermarollers with my fingers as the holder. Oh well, too late to return!

melanie sharp: I’ve heard a lot about Derma Rolling for awhile. This kit has a detailed instruction book, which for a first timer is very helpful. So much of the time products don’t have good instructions. When it comes to your face, it is IMPERATIVE to follow the instructions, especially about the details about face washing and sterilizing the roller in alcohol (70% suggested) I haven’t had as much time to use it as I would like, but hope to pick up the pace. I’m 60 and recently lost 40 pounds of the pandemic 30 I gained. My face is getting ‘jowly’ - in the past I’ve used Botox and Fillers, but they are simply not in the budget. I don’t expect to have the effect fillers provide, but hoping to get some collegian producing. I have a lot of tattoos so no fear of needles. My face gets red for a bit afterward. An ice roller helps a lot if you feel discomfort. Start slowly and don’t expect results overnight. Hopefully I can get my rolling into a regular schedule and am crossing fingers for any improvement.
