Tracey: This book has been amazing! I'm finding family favorites for a home with multiple ages and diets! My husband is diabetic and he's loving these recipes. My kids are shocked when I serve something and they learn its keto! Can't wait to pick up more of her cookbooks.

Casper & BooCasper & Boo: easy to follow and even includes a keto bread recipe to make some breakfasts, although i chose to use the ketobakes bread mix for it is zero carbs (although i count it as 1 netcarb) so it makes the recipes, like the french sticks lower in carbs (only 5ish netcarbs -eggs & HWC) for it all.. Some recipes are basic oes, like the french toast but, it is more in-depth like telling you exactly how long to dunk break sticks and i think thi sis the first recipe that actually has you frying these in butter (wayyyy better this way). also has tips like leaving your bread out to get it to soak up mixtures better (i just stuck my slices in micro for a few seconds to warm them back up since i keep it in fridge).. Overall, i like this book, look forward to making more recipes out of it and out of the easy desert book as well.

Amazonette: As a devoted reader of the author’s blog and following a keto diet myself, I have also bought several of her cookbooks. They make it easy to find the right recipe for any need. This book is no exception. I just downloaded it, read through the first part and noted oodles of recipes to try. I love Carolyn’s writing style and find her directions helpful and easy to follow.
But best of all: our friends loooove the keto cakes and desserts I bring over to our pot-luck lunches! I plan to make several of these breakfast choices immediately. I’m most looking forward to testing her oven pancake recipe. My own old favorite recipe did not survive our move from sea level to 7000-ft elevation, and I really miss it. All of Carolyn’s baking recipes have worked well here, so I hope this will, too.

Bob Dooley: Caroline Ketchum’s recipes are so easy to follow. Her recipe books are well illustrated, every recipe shows the nutritional information and the ingredients are easy to find, most of which are probably already in your pantry. This was the last recipe book of hers that I was missing and can’t wait to see if she will publish more. If you were in doubt in purchasing this recipe book, order it, you will not be disappointed,

Johanne Poirier: I have been baking Keto breakfasts from this book and freeze those that can be frozen, they come in handy. I was diagnosed with diabetes August 2019, and with my own version of modified Keto diet, I am off all diabetic medications since May 28th 2020. I say modified as most people do extreme low Carbs Keto to lose weight, but I use it to control my Diabetes and Gastroparesis, but an added bonus is that Keto diet foods have also helped my autoimmune arthritis that I have had for 40 yrs now since I was 15, it is the first time 3 of my 4 inflammation markers are normal for the 1st time in 40 years (the 4th they did not check this year so it might also be normal). Almond flour recipes are good also.

Christmas in New York Collector: Love the inspiring pictures and ideas for breakfast - but this this also means planning ahead. Mocha choc chip muffin tops were okay - had a very commercial baked mouthfeel. My son loved them, but I wasn’t too crazy about them. Hot chocolate was more like chocolate pudding in mouthfeel. Baked sour cream donuts were excellent when made with Bob’s hazelnut meal and “brown sugar” swerve - a little higher in carbs but so tasty it made me forget I was on Keto. You could make a chocolate glaze for these and feel like you were eating Nutella. Made the sausage and biscuit casserole, and it was enough to convince the partner to try fewer carbs - he’s lost 2kg without feeling hungry :-) hence no hungriest from being in a diet. You’ll need to experiment with your sweetener for find one you can live with, but these little treats make it easier to see Keto as a lifestyle, not a diet.

TopsQueen: Either I lent it or something I missed my first copy. I love the donuts. Not crazy about coconut flour, but there are alternatives. Hugs Caroline Ketchum is my favorite gluten-free cook author.
