NoName: I have Tosi's cookbooks and have made cakes from her recipes. These cookies taste nothing like the cakes and cookies in her cookbook. The outside was very dry and crumbles when you bite into the cookie. The inside was soft like a truffle and the chocolate tasted good but the texture of the cookie was off putting. I would rather have a Hostess cupcake instead of this dry cookie

Mom of Multiples: Christina Tosi is a bakery goddess. Only thing better would be these crumbled with cereal milk ice cream. Given the worlds changes I’m not going to the city but to get these delivered same day. Now I purchased all 3 flavors this is my least favorite, but still 5 stars. The chocolate is so rich I could only eat a half. So if you are a chocoholic then girl this is your fix. This “truffle “ is more of a cake pop blended with a soft bale cookie. Happy eating!
