Dragonflylady: I cannot find this pasta anywhere but on Amazon. They are large spiral type pastas with a really great texture. I serve them with a creamy sauce and veggies. I also trust this Italian brand for being non-GMO.

Giulia Gulia: The flavor was delicious and I made a large "casserole" of a sort of Baked Amatriciana for a large group. I did find it didn't hold its "tooth" as well as it does in Italy though. It might be the water.. who knows?

Another Scholar: The pasta is good (good quality and cooks nicely). The four stars are because it's a bit overpriced, IMO. I got it because a great, upscale restaurant makes a mac & cheese that's to die for, and they use pasta shaped like this. So I wanted to mimic the magic. I'm gonna tell myself that did the trick (it really does do nicely for a mac & cheese type of use). One box makes a LOT of pasta, but yes, when I finally gorge myself on homemade mac & cheese & go through all the boxes, I will buy it again.
Mac & Cheese has a gourmet side to it - who knew?
