Maggie: I would have given 5 star but the last one I bought it was in 2018 and my the only complain is still not fixed. I wish there would be some kind of belt that can attach the bag on both sides into the frame. Occasionally the bag is falling off from the base to the side and when the bag is full it is frustrating. It's hard to believe they didn't fix it yet.

On the positive side, I love a big bag and the base under the bag. More pockets are also a big plus.

- the larger dolly gives a bigger platform to carry items in the hand cart mode. this gives more stability and prevents items from slipping off.
- dolly is easy to maneuver in tight spaces.
- 5 lb dolly weight is easy to lift and move even if you have trouble lifting objects.
- collapsible unit makes easy storage in car to have handy after shopping.

Cons:
- you must strap items on hand cart if going up or down stairs. cargo will easily fall off from the jolt of transiting stairs or rocky terrain. on level flooring the items on the hand cart will easily remain unmoved with no strap necessary.
- wheels will begin to squeak after using a few times. WD-40 placed on the shaft where the wheel goes stops the noise. you may have to repeat in the future. but it is not a deal buster.

Nana: Got this to take with me whenever I have to take a bunch of stuff so I won’t have to carry it. I have shoulder issues & this works great! Roomy interior, covered top, lots of easy to access pockets & lightweight! I can fill a large handled shopping tote bag (say one from Cracker Barrel), load up the folded trolley in my car, & once there I simply drop the filled tote inside the big trolley bag & drop my purse on top. Still room if I pick up a few items. Also, I clipped a couple of carbiners onto the frame & use them to attach additional bags of items to the cart if needed. Much easier for me to push or pull it than to try to carry it all. Special pocket even holds my umbrella perfectly. I did attach 2 strips of Velcro to the bottom of the cart’s black bag & to top of cart’s base to prevent the bag from shifting side to side-much more stable now yet the bag still can be removed if needed.

jtkirk: In anticipation of moving from an apartment where the door was beside my car to my current place where I have a parking lot and elevator for the third floor, I bought this cart. I'm glad I bought it about a month beforehand because the material was incredibly odorous, very unpleasantly so. I left the material part on the outside porch, periodically turning it inside out/in. The scent improved over the month outside, however, even now I keep an air freshener inside as it still has a faint odor. My guess is whatever chemicals are used in making the canvas material is the issue.

In spite of that, I simply Adore this cart. I can fit so many bags of groceries inside, it's simply amazing. I found no problem rolling it through the snow this last winter, the wheels are wide and sturdy, and if needed, they easily go over a sidewalk curb. Even if I overfill it the cart is still easy to use. I keep it in my car trunk and have even put it in the back seat of my 4-door medium-size car it is easily foldable. People in my building have complimented the design and the color is Beautiful. I rave about the features to everyone. Maybe it's unusual for the strong odor as I found, however, once...

AlyAly: Je l'ai utilisé deux fois seulement. La premiere fois, je suis allé au Marché Végétarien, cela m'a coûté 90 $ et tout s'est bien passé. Il roule bien, les roues, la poignée, je suis entièrement satisfaite. La deuxième fois par contre, cela m'a coûté 100 $ d’épicerie, tout se range assez bien dans le sac. Il y avait un passage handicapé pour chaise roulante et le chariot est parti et tombé de côté, car quelqu'un venait de ma saluer et j'ai lâché le panier quelque seconde LOL.

J'ai automatique tiré sur la poignée et du même coût j'ai tiré sur la bande bleue pour soulever le panier, afin de le remettre sur ses roues. Cela c'est passer rapidement.

Quelle fut ma surprisse lorsque j'ai senti le sac bleu se découdre et une petite déchirure. Donc les quatre étoiles vont pour le petit chariot sans le sac. Pour le sac je ne mets aucune étoile.

Franceska: I bought this to help me carry a cooler full of frozen booties and gloves and ice cubes to my chemotherapy treatments plus lunch too. Going through chemo during lockdown in a pandemic meant that I had no family or friends with me in my hospital so no one to help me carry all my side effect remedies around. This trolley helped so so much! Especially on stairs too! Very spacious and easy to use and easy to assemble too. Easily folds away when not in use. Was a life saver - literally!
