Lori: I bought this for my DIL who just had my grand baby. This was her first child so I wanted to give her something nice that she could have for a long time. As the other reviewers said it came in a really nice box with a small card/ envelope for me to fill out. The presentation was beautiful. I would love to have a grandmother one and I will hint to my son or buy my own if I have to because I love sentimental jewelry and this company does a great job. It came really fast and the gift bag of Mom-to-be stuff I took to the hospital for my DIL, my son handed her each gift in order of opening. He saved this gift for last because it was special. I was very happy with the purchase.
