SC customer: Purchased for sis-in-law who graduated with masters and just promoted to project manager. Reasonably priced gift to honor recipient for their achievement that is memorable of the occasion as well as being useful for years to come. Only regret I didn't include the date with the name personalization.

Mordant1: I have purchased many Cross pens over the years and have loved them all. We have found them to be very high-quality with beautiful writing.... with that being said, we were disappointed in our latest purchases. I purchased three of these for gifts for my clients and when they arrived, I'm sorry to report the inscription' were much smaller than we used to get at Things Remembered in the mall. The quality of the pen is still nice but the writing is tiny. I think this might be my last.
