Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: The hat itself is cute and great for ponytails BUT it takes forever for thins hat to form to your head. Plus they put a flat piece of cardboard in the bill (they should of used a curved piece) and it makes the bill flat like a pancake.. I just keep bending the bill down every time I wear the hat which is extremely ANNOYING!!!!! because of this the hat doesn't fit well, too big till it eventually forms to your head, which takes a very long time.

The only thing I dont like is the velcro occ sticks to my hair cuz I have a smaller head and have to tighten it.

Lisa Collins: My only suggestion to the seller/manufacture is to place a better cap insert. The cap collapses without some type of support. The cardboard that it ships with is a great pattern to use something stiffer. I used a piece or quilters plastic to help it stand up. But wore it all day today and it is a great hat.
