I've assembled too much furniture in the last 30 years. I need to learn to buy things that are already assembled. I suppose I got complacent because most companies have systems in place that make putting stuff together much easier than it used to be. Not this company. They need to go back to the drawing board and re-engineer the way this thing is put together. Also - one of the knobs included wouldn't accept the proper screw. (Also - just to throw you a curve ball, they include screws in the bag that the knob comes in, but DON'T USE THOSE!) They provide their own shorter screws - one of which didn't fit. (I'm going to have to go buy another knob at the hardware store.) One of the screws on the heating tray wasn't machined correctly and so, would not accept a phillips screw driver. Of course, it was the last screw I grabbed and the hole didn't line up correctly so it was pointless to try and use it. If they re-engineered this thing, I am sure they could design it to be put together in 20 minutes. Putting the legs on the bottom "shelf" that holds the propane was a comically tragedy. They give you bolts to hold them in place while you attempt to connect...

What a great addition to my patio. It wasn’t too long to put together hour and a half at most. There was one little dent on the top frame that’s OK it’s not an eyesore but considering the packaging it came in I was expecting more dents but glad to say just one small one. It fired real quick, the lid is a bit tight getting on and off. Bigger than expected but I love it.

Well made and nice appearance! Easy to operate and the fire creates a nice atmosphere! Assembly was not as difficult as it might appear. Small dent in the top and if you turn the flame on high it will burn the propane quickly!
