The screen was sometimes flickering during the first couple of prints. This got worse and worse, by the 10th or so print the screen had failed, now in contact with the distributor, will update one my experience.
After three days, no update other than, that the technical department will comment, no reply since. Will update as soon as I hear from supplier.
Supplier replaced the screen, printer works fine now, happy customer.

DaleDale: Everything everyone hates about this printer is completely true. I tried for two weeks to get it going again. At the start it was very nice easy to assemble. Lessons learned from online as well as my other 4 printers. This was my first of a larger volume. I have completely rebuilt from the entire build of my Ender 3 v2. This one pile of scrap metal. I couldn’t get to function after it decided it was not working for me anymore. I tried newer firmware; I tried other firmware. I went back to original firmware. nothing fixed the issues I was having with the ABL Specifically the issue was that the hotend would heat up. Printer would home. the moment it started the bed level process the hot end temp setting would drop to 0 and then it couldn't even complete the first row of bed leveling. The whole process would be in complete. when it would print like the glass bed was warped in several places. I checked my start gcodes. I checked my x-axis, and my z-axis. my screws. nothing would fix the root of the issue which was the ABL wouldn't operate correctly. I even went back to the .9 version of the firmware. it did the ABL better but not correctly. the Hot end was...

The Cr-6 is a pretty complicated thing to review but a really simple thing to use, mostly. If you're considering buying one you have probably seen an even mixture of glowing reviews and horror stories, so let me tell my experience which is somewhat of both but mostly amazing.
Out of the box, the printers z offset would not set. I tried everything, couldn't get it to work. Then out of nowhere it stopped booting up, couldn't resolve it. So I felt like I had received a dud. The printer has a strong and active community and sainsmart has great customer service. Both told me I needed to flash the firmware updates, after doing so both of those issues were resolved. The z offset behaved correctly and the boot problem was totally resolved. This process wasn't at all hard and members of the community told me exactly how to do...

Setup for this printer was exceptionally easy. Within about 10 minutes I was up and running on my first print. The auto level resulted in a perfect first layer on my first try. There was no manual bed leveling it was just a click of a button. Every other printer I've owned has required a lot of fighting with leveling before I got that first print going, but here a push of a button.
My first print was one of the provided articulated dinosaur models. I had no issues with stringing and the print turned out perfectly. It came off the bed reasonably well, but I will definitely be looking into a wham bam print surface. Flexible beds have spoiled me.
I just have to add. This is the quietst 3d printer I've owned. There is a primary fan that is no louder than a laptop fan. There is no additional noise while printing. I started up a print and got distracted while it heated up and didn't realize it had started until a good 20 layers in. I was sitting 10 ft away.
Shipping was quick and the printer was very well packaged.

Amazon Customer: For a beginner like me the printer is doing a fine job. Learning the intricacies of 3D printing while learning the capabilities and limitations of the printer can mislead the user to think the printer is not what they expected. Yet, I discovered that anytime the result was disappointing, it was the operator (me) that missed a detail in the process. The progress I've achieved in 3D printing, have led to excellent results in the quality and complexity of the prints. I am very happy with this printer, and I know I will learn even more as I gain more experience with it. Reading the instructions, good understanding of the materials used, and experimentation will always pay off high dividends. Just have to be patient and disciplined with your learning approach. So far, the printer is performing very well, and I am having a lot of fun too!
