JLJL: I was a little skeptical since other products I tried didn’t seem to help much on very dry out leather. I decided to give this one a try and the results are amazing. To my surprise this worked really well on two 30+ year old bags I took from my mom. Most of the cracks were gone after a couple applications. Highly recommend this product.

My boyfriend and I had to deal with a family emergency a couple months ago, and in the frenzy of packing we didn’t realize that our leather jackets had fallen off the back seat of the car and ended up crumpled under some damp towels. Thanks to life chaos, we only recently discovered them, completely out of shape, wrinkled, and covered in mold. We were devastated; these were both sentimental gifts that we couldn’t afford to have professionally recovered (hundreds of dollars). I couldn’t bring myself to give up on them, and thankfully the mold hadn’t gotten into the lining, so I ordered this product in the hopes that it would salvage them enough that they’d not get worse before we could afford to take them to a leather worker.

I applied generously, let sit two minutes, then used a leather brush before wiping off. The mold had somehow vanished before I even got to using the brush, and I didn’t need polish or any other products!! I did do a second round on the most wrinkled areas, but it was good enough to wear even before that.

Marie: I love this cleaner....right now have just used it on boots and my purses. I wasn't doing it 'right' at first....squirting it on, spreading & letting it sit for a bit, then wiping it off....nope, don't use a cloth to apply. I take cheap disposable gloves now (even with this cleaner you probably don't need them.....it's made with cosmetic ingredients).....I squirt it on, wipe down with the disposable gloves, everywhere....the whole thing will be covered completely. I left it alone for about 30 minutes, but this is up to you....oh my gosh, so much had soaked in & the rest? Wiped gently with a cloth.....BUTTERY-SOFT! It changes the feel, the color is brighter, makes many scratches disappear, makes them look so much newer & pretty! I used it on a leather hobo-style purse I bought over 30 yrs. ago, looked like new.....this stuff is magic.....you won't be disappointed!! <3 (when I use this container up, I am buying the huge size.....it will def. be used!!)

VonPhillips: My wife bought this originally to use on her purses, and I thought I would try it to see how well it rejuvenated the leather in an older BMW I own. Well, long story short, I was so impressed by how well this worked that I used the entire bottle on not only the BMW by my Porsche Boxster and a couple other cars. Of course, I had to buy more!

For basis of comparison I've used Lexol for years, as well as other leather care products from Griots, Mothers and other brands including Leatherique. As an overall conditioner and preservative for leather that's already in decent condition, this works really well at removing mild soil and even helped to remove some contamination on the seat of my Boxster. Simply wipe it on and let it soak-in. For heavily dried leather, like that in my BMW, I applied it quite liberally, and after parking the car out in the sun to warm it, within a few minutes is had completely soaked-in. To be clear, this was heavily dried leather on a 20+ year old car that had been neglected to the point of feeling stiff as cardboard, but within c few treatments, it was already much softer. As a restorative product it's worked as well as or better than the highly-rated...

Birder: This will clean leather and I have used it on leather recliner chairs to clean and recondition the leather with success. It won't revive hopelessly dried out leather (I have tried it for this purpose) so if that is your goal you might try something more like saddle soap. Good overall.
