However, a word to the wise, it tends to run a tad smaller than other canine couture we’ve explored, though it compensates with a generous stretch that hugged my furry friend comfortably.
The sweater’s purpose was not just to make a fashion statement but to provide a cozy embrace on chilly autumn days. And oh, did it deliver! My typically heat-seeking fur missile surprisingly retreated from her favorite spot by the wood stove, reveling instead in the warm snuggle of her new sweater.
Though the size hiccup was a minor leaf out of place, the sweater’s stretchiness and undeniable warmth have won us over. It’s a fall fashion staple that not only celebrates the season but keeps my pup toasty amidst the crisp autumn air!

Lisa SLisa S: I bought these for our shih tzus because we had a cold snap and they had just been trimmed. These sweaters are not too hot and so cute for fall! We originally ordered a Medium for our 15 and 19 lb shih tzus. Based on measurements that should have worked, but we had to send them back and order a Small/Medium. They are fitted, i.e. safe. They won’t catch on things and they aren’t so long that the bottom part on their belly will get peed on. They still have plenty of stretch though. Highly recommend!

Deane Rothenmaier: The coat is a tad large, but Emmy's a bit chunky around he chest so she needs the larger size. We haven't tried the sweater on her yet, though. Both the coat and the sweater are very attractive and well made.
