LH: We used to have 2 cats, a female and a maine coone male. The girl just passed away 2 months ago due to aging; she was always a fussy, peculiar one. However, they liked it as soon as it was laid out. Since the boy took possession of it, I bought a second one for the girl. For easy cleaning, I cover the removable pads with full-sized pillow covers. I also gifted 2 to our friends' kitties. Everyone is extremely happy.

ChrlynChrlyn: Pro: 3 different little terriers all love it. 2 of them will share from time to time.
Con: if someone decides to sleep on top it doesn't bounce back into shape.
Took care of that problem by making a frame to maintain the shape. We used 5/8 irrigation tubing with pvc for the base square and crisscrossed at the apex with two zip ties.
Con: The material picks up leaves and it needs vacuuming to remove but I have a lot of messy tiny leaves that they track in everywhere so that more on them. The material looks like corduroy but is synthetic
Pro: washable, but you may have to massage the foam back into place

MaggieMaggie: Our 1 year old chiweenie typically burrows in the covers during the winter but as summer heat was approaching I saw her trying to seek comfort in random places like the closest floor. This broke my heart so I wanted to get her a little den to stay cool at night! Got this in the larger size and it’s now her favorite spot after a week or so, she goes right to it at night. She’s 12 pounds and she has plenty of room!
