Alisa: Works great while Kinesiology bands are sleeve is on but begins to peel off within 3-4 weeks. We got a replacement and needed another only to realize we are 2 days too late. It seems the only effective way to appreciate this band is a continuous return due to the Kinesiology bands peeling off so quickly.

B. Mehner: Supporting a tweaked elbow with this. It offers lightweight support/ compression of the elbow. The fit chart is pretty close to accurate, though I have found the two ends are a little tighter than desired.

Jim Kirker: i got tennis elbow from working on my car with hand tools. Well 4 months later it still bothered me and should of been healed in 3 months with icing down 3 days a week. So I was icing down one Sat night watching a. movie and the Copper Fit commercial came on like 10 times. Finally picked up the phone and bought one.

So I figured I needed compression to speed the process. I use Genesis K Motion tape for bowling that is copper infused and I swear by it, but the tape is too expensive to use for Tennis elbow, thus the Copper Fit.

After 7 days of wearing it, the elbow feels much better and I can bowl in confidence now. I think the compression was the main factor, and I dont feel like there is copper in the material. But who knows; i didnt have another compression sleeve to test with. Its very well made and I will buy some more to keep in my bowling gear bag.

My tennis elbow is almost gone and healed now. Used with ice to reduce swelling and shrink tissue, then putting it back: elbow feels really well now. My fit is correct so it doesn't fall off, or has not come apart wearing everyday. It's just a compression sleeve and used...
