I think the brace helps, but the plastic piece that is used really digs into your skin. I think if this can be designed without the plastic parts, this would be perfect. As it is now, I am not sure how much I can recommend it for working out. If you are wearing it for just everyday use, it probably will not be that bad.

I do wish they had a smaller version.. like one that wasn't so wide.. if there was a woman's size it would be perfect!

This is a really good product. My tennis elbow feels better. I would highly recommend this vendor and this exact product. I have suffered with tennis elbow in both arms for years. I have had cortisone shots at the orthopedic doctor twice on one elbow. I was in so much pain that I could not even reach back to put my hair in a pony tail without suffering. I rested from activity that caused me to feel pain in my tennis elbow area. I did more Zumba instead. Now I barely feel any pain.

I seriously strained my tendon on my right forearm, the pain has been unbearable, I have been using one of those (famous named) braces that wraps around the fore arm and upper arm with appsolutly no relief if anything the pain worse spreading from hand to shoulder. So far the Hercules has lessened the pain and it is only on the forearm. I wish I could say it is perfect but it is measurably better, the double strap construction keeps it tight and the point pad is great against the tendon. I highly recommend this elbow brace because it is proving to follow its claim and the quality is very good.
