Introducing the HP DeskJet 3755 Compact All-in-One Wireless Printer, the perfect choice for all your printing needs. With HP Instant Ink and Amazon Dash Replenishment ready, you'll never run out of ink. This printer is designed for convenience and quality, with a stylish blue accent. It features an easy-to-use seven-segment LCD display, HP scroll scan for easy handling, and a space-saving design. Plus, it's AirPrint enabled so you can easily print from your iPhone. With its easy installation, superior build quality, and excellent controls and functionality, this is one of the best Computer Printers available.William D. Acuna Jr.: This is a good wifi printer with a very small footprint. It takes very little space wherever you choose to set it up. It's finicky though and we had a hard time setting it up with my granddaughter's school district Chromebook. It goes through a lot of ink though (as do most printers). For a high school student's room or a college dorm room though, it fills the bill.

Didier a.: Fairly easy set up. Would prefer a paper manual. Took me a short while to figure it all out, but once you do, it works great.

Amazon Customer:
First off, the "What's in the Box" blurb on the page that I ordered from was incorrect: the printer does not come with a CD or a USB cable. It does come with the two necessary ink cartridges: one for color and one for black. That said, the CD is really not necessary, and I purchased a USB cable from Amazon for $8.99 which was delivered the next day.
Setup was simple, following the very clear and easy instructions. Going online to 123.hp.com gets you to the software download, accomplished quickly in simple steps. I opted out of the automatic ink option, since this is a printer that will not be used frequently. After the connections and setup were done, the single test page printed, in color, very quickly. I also printed a page that was simply text - it printed very quickly (less than 5 seconds from hitting the "print" option on the app). There is a recent review as of this writing that complains that the printing is very slow, but I would guess that is a local software or connection problem, and not a problem with the printer, unless the unit is defective in some way.
All in all very pleased with the footprint (it sits with room to spare on...

If you are about to make the same mistake I did by purchasing this printer b/c it's the least expensive one available for same-day delivery via Prime, then save yourself time and money by reading this first. I literally spent 5 hours working on setting this up today and finally ended up having to call HP Support for assistance. They took 45 minutes to troubleshoot over the phone.
1. This printer ONLY connects to 2.4ghz wi-fi, and not all wi-fi routers are "manually" switchable. So if you have a non-manually-switchable 5ghz router (like I have through Spectrum, model sac2v2s), then you have to call HP Support to get 5ghz drivers by letting them remote-in to your computer because the drivers aren't easy to find. The person I spoke with at HP Support even installed the wrong driver pak on my computer initially. So if you fall into the category of having a router that auto-switches between 2.4ghz to 5ghz without the option to manually switch, then getting the right drivers installed is the ONLY way you'll be able to connect to wi-fi.
2. If you can't connect to wi-fi, then you have to connect via a SPECIAL USB cable... not just any old USB cable. And...

Set up was pure drama: won't recognize USB, won't recognize paper in feeder, won't connect to wifi. I just wanted this cheap-ish printer for basic printing, that's it: but when I finally DID get it to spit out a page, however, it took almost 2 minutes to print that one page: absolutely ridiculous. Added to all the other frustrations this printer induced, that was the final straw for me: I yanked the plug out of the wall and packed this miserable piece of junk back into its box, back to Amazon, and, I imagine, straight onto a garbage heap somewhere: good riddance.
ALSO: what’s this nonsense about a ‘monthly plan’ to buy ink, it is so desperately trying to steer you in the direction of? HP is going to monitor, assess and then charge me for it's overpriced ink? I don't think so! I get mine refilled at some shop for $8.99 each...and don't buy this nonsense about it being 'inferior ink': again, utter nonsense. This ink-thing is wrong on many levels.
AND: all the fancy, shiny features, like connect wirelessly, or send from your phone to the printer, are either obscured in layers of confusion, or flat out do not work: take your pick, same BS, different...

Chris P. Bacon: Let me preface this by saying I'm a pretty tech-savvy person. I don't usually need to use manuals when it comes to things like printers or other computer peripheral devices, because usually they're very simple and easy to sort out on their own. But setting up the wireless connection on this printer (as well as the HP Instant Ink feature) was a lot more painful than it should have been. I think most of my issues were a result of this printer only being able to connect to 2.4GHz wifi networks - it cannot connect to 5GHz wifi networks. Luckily I have a router that broadcasts both types. Next, none of the connection instructions worked for me - following the instructions in the manual did not work. I had to watch several videos and even then, those instructions didn't seem to work either. Finally, I had to download some sort of "Printer Doctor" software from the HP website and I had to plug the printer into my computer with a printer cable, and only then could I connect to the printer. On top of all this, the next time I turned on the printer, I had to go through the ENTIRE PROCESS all over again because it was like my computer forgot the printer - it was still...

I don't really have much to say cuz I'm no printer expert, but the size and price are amazing! It even has a program for how much you print so you can get ink sent to your home!
Only issue I have is that the print quality is actually not great compared to school and work printers I've used. compared to a high quality print, I'd compare this printer's quality to be a 9/10 compared to the high quality ones. The print isn't exactly smooth around the edges, but if that wasn't an issue then the print would be perfect!
Edit: It was the page. I used an old piece of paper and that's why it looked bad. I bought new letter sized paper and it came out flawlessly! One issue I have is that it requires a PIN from a router label which isn't located anywhere around the printer itself and isn't printing a sheet it said it would. That's a problem that I really would like fixed considering I did not previously know there was a pin. It also says that the password is "12345678" as default but that didn't work. I did not change any password or pin of any sort so that confuses me.

What primarily drew me to this printer was it’s compact size. I would describe this as a light-use, convenience printer/scanner. If you’re like me who doesn't print or scan much but still would like to have a machine on hand when needed, this will work just fine. As for looks, the design is clean and even nice to look at. The power supply is integrated inside so theres no bulky “power brick” attached to the power cable to clutter up the floor. There is also a USB cable option in case you don’t want to use a wireless connection.
Unlike other multifunction printers, the scanner uses a feeding mechanism instead of a flatbed. I was a little wary of this at first but it scans or copies with good quality. it accepts various sizes of documents from full-size 8.5x11” to smaller pieces of paper like receipts or photographs. Considering it uses rollers to feed the document I’d exercise caution with brittle or fragile paper like old family photos.
Print speed is about “average”. Color on regular settings on plain paper will take about 10-20 seconds and black and white about half of those times. Regular black and white text documents will...

Karen RiceKaren Rice: This is a pretty good lower range printer; the size makes it easy to place. The print quality isn't bad, not top of the line but great for documents or simply image printing.
The auto-ink order option is great. Overall it is a good purchase for students or just general home printing.
