Spring: Its probably more than double thickness than other regular sleeping bags. Its soft, very warm, and large enough for me and a small child to sleep in together. Its nice that you can stretch your legs too compare to mummy style. The only problem like some others had was the inner material. Its a bit scratchy so it was really uncomfortable and I didn't like the feel on my skin. I couldn't take it so I had to return it. My husband didnt mind it so I think it depends on people.

Amazon Customer: I ordered the sleeping bag for my 14-year-old to take on a three night camping trip with her school. She said it kept her warm, but she was sleeping in a cabin. Not sure how it would hold up to the outdoor elements, but the cabin wasn’t really heated and it was pretty chilly outside since it’s Fall in Ontario.
It’s a good size for an average sized adult, the interior has a light fleecy coating, not as thick as I expected, but worked out OK.
Overall a good purchase.

Rubén: He acampado en la Sierra de Sonora a -5⁰C y NO HE OCUPADO utilizar cobijas extras, solo el sleepingBag. Muy cómodo para dormir. Este modelo es para temperaturas más bajas que un Sleeping normal por lo que su cuerpo es un poquito más voluminoso. Les recomiendo comprar una bolsa impermeable para protegerlo de lluvias y polvo así les durará más tiempo. Yo lo uso en motociclismo.
