Olives: I'm a big fan of this basket! It's easy to store seeing as it collapses and it comes with a rain cover. The handles make it a very convenient basket for taking into a shop.

It was easy to install but the bracket is a bit loose on my bike. I'm not sure I did it right...

twh: We purchased one of these baskets for a family friend in 12/2020 and liked it so much when we saw it, we order 3 more for our use in 2/2021. They have worked flawlessly and are so easy to put on and take off, and hold a lot. Love that they can collapse/fold and be easily stored and that they can be taken into a store to use as a small shopping basket. As for the customer service excellence, I had one mount basket holder tab pair break off recently, rendering it inoperable. I found the company's website, but couldn't find the bracket to reorder. I emailed them to ask for purchase availability and they promptly replied and asked for a few pictures. Even though the purchase was almost 2 1/2 years ago, they indicated they would send me a replacement. I assumed that meant a replacement of the portion of the bracket that had broken; however, I came home yesterday to find a full brand new basket and bracket that was shipped by Amazon at no cost to me! I was very surprised and very appreciative since they certainly didn't have to do that and I certainly was willing to buy a full replacement set if that is what it took. So awesome, and so glad that I'm back in business...and I still have...

Candice B.: I was very pleased with my purchase of this bike! It is the perfect size, and it was extremely easy to put on my bike. I love that you can detach it and use it as a shopping, picnic , or even pet basket. It is easily able to be removed and reattached when needed, and it can be conveniently collapsed to save storage space when not being used. The handles are really sturdy and the fabric on the basket seems to be very easy to clean and it is also very sturdy. It does include a water bottle holder on the side, which is also really convenient. It came with a very nice basket cover to keep it clean or dry when needed as well. I was very pleased with how great this product is, especially for a decent price. I will definitely keep the COFIT brand in mind while buying other bike accessories.

Jordan B: Overall a great product. Fits quite a bit. Easy to install and easy to detach to carry your stuff by hand. It is awesome when riding out to the beach or swinging to the nearby store for a quick item. It allows me to pack enough for myself, and my daughter, since I can’t wear a back pack with my daughter in her bike seat. I also use it for a shopping basket at the store. Feels a little flimsy at times, when loaded to full capacity, but seems solid enough (the attachment device is a strong plastic composite).

Only some minor issues to be noted. 1) When it is fully loaded it can mess with your steering a little, and you have to make sure you bike is balanced on the kick stand when you park it because it can tip your bike over if you’re not paying attention. 2) The bracket that attaches the basket to the bike tends to slide off center on the basket making it pull a little more to one side (but easy to readjust).

Even with these minor issues I would definitely recommend it and would buy it again. I hope it holds up because it makes me look so cool! 😂(not actually possible unfortunately!)
