Margie Benevento: This is so easy to attach to the hose and use. It's a bit shorter than others so you may still need a ladder but its pretty powerful. Also, you may get an unexpected shower so be prepared. Other than that, I love it.

crisisfan: For cleaning gutters this is a pretty effective tool. I was able to clean my gutters of debris and tree 'spinners' by washing them out. I would recommend standing back as there is a fair bit of pressure and you get wet from the spray. One issue is that if you cannot reach the down spout (pipe) anything you wash away may clog the spout so large waxy leaves might be an issue. Overall a pretty good product.

Bryan H.: I was pleasantly surprised with this tool. It extends to about just under 6 feet and was able to clean my eavestroughs without the need of a ladder. I made use of the shut off valve to adjust the pressure and scraped the clogged areas first and between sprays. It has decent pressure and I tend to lean back so the spray is shooting towards the drain side otherwise yes you will make a mess and spray yourself if you shoot straight down. It took me about 20 minutes altogether and with light scraping (I had sprouts) and spray it all came through without too much clogging. Just take your time and be mindful and it works!

Unillenium: If you live in a 1 story house on a treed lot and are deathly terrified of climbing on and off of your roof or live alone and don't have anybody to spot you on an extension ladder this is definitely a purchase worth considering.

Know that doing it this way is somewhat more laborious than just climbing up onto the roof and scooping out the eaves troughs since it doesn't give you pressure-washer levels of water flow obviously since it's just a garden hose attachment but with a little persistence I was able to get all of the spruce needles and leaves out of my eavestroughs in a reasonable period of time. It definitely takes some elbow grease, aiming the wand back and forth and moving it along the trough with your arm at full extension (plus you'll still want to detach your downspouts since otherwise they'll just clog at the first elbow while doing this). It's very light weight and feels sturdy enough for how light weight it is but it's not something that I would go tossing around carelessly since there's a lot of plastic fittings on it. Customer: I'm hesitant to give a positive review already since I don't know that this will work more than once (having read other reviews prior to purchasing), but to be fair it's paid for itself, judging by the quote given to me by a gutter cleaning service. I'm 5'3", my house is one story, and I haven't had the gutters cleaned in 2 years. I noticed that there was overflow from the gutters and leaves coming from the downspouts during pretty heavy rainstorms recently, so I decided to give this a go. My entire gutter system wasn't in bad shape, but the areas that were mucky were REALLY mucky. Unfortunately for the makers of this product a positive review depends in part on having good water pressure and a decent hose, which I did. I was able to clean from the ground for 90 - 95 % of the job. I did get up on a ladder to clear away debris that had fallen onto a lower part of the roof, because there was no angle at which I could hold this to wash off that section. Other than that I'm pretty pleased and, as I said, I avoided a far more expensive visit from gutter cleaners.

anne baldo: the durability of this tool is excellent. I ended up using this tool basically as a scraper for my gutters to clean keys. They were too jammed in there for the blast of water to clear but swiping back and forth with this wand worked well. I followed up with a rinse and the drains were clear. To hook a hose to this is unreasonable to travel around a house - becomes clunky and irritating. Depending on your expectations - this product is made well and does spray well, just kind of a pain to lug around.
