BULLSHIPPER: Came very well protected with matching plastic insert and brim protector. It is well constructed and the color is rich.
The weight is nice and suggests that it will be durable. The size ribbon inside is unlikely to give any improvement to anyone finding the hat a little large. That's probably unlikely, because I ordered Medium and generally find that a perfect fit...this case, it was a bit snug. I expect it will eventually loosen a bit. Overall, excellent value and very pleased.
