Daimia graham: I read previous reviews in regards to size and comfort, these fit true to size. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9. I read a reviews saying that they had to wear thin socks or to size down. I followed that and got an 8. They are a perfect fit, though I have to wear really thin socks. I should have got the 8.5 for sock comfort around my ankles, but I have no regrets. I can still rock these all day.

Sue Cooper: Absolutely wonderful heels, slightly tight at the moment but like all shoes should wear in soon. As shipping from the US to the UK and obviously with the ongoing pandemic, delivery took longer than stated, however the sellers were very understanding of the situation and helped with all queries raised. All in all, a great product and a great service, would recommend.

AngelatidaAngelatida: I read some of the other reviews complaining about having to break them in. Have you NEVER owned a pair of Docs before? Yes, you have to break-in ALL Docs...and all other stiff boot that you ever buy in your lifetime. Just ask anyone who had ever been in the military. That just means that they are good quality boots. These boots are AMAZING and such great quality. I am usually a 9.5 or possibly a 10 in most shoes....so I got a 9. They are SO comfortable! It's like walking on a cloud for me. I also have these same boots in black! They are my favorite everyday boots...especially in the winter on snow (you need the treat). I was in the fashion industry for a very long time and am known to be a bit fashion-forward in my style. Please get past having to break in a pair of new boots and give these a try. They are my favorite boots and the color is AMAZING!! They do collect a lot of doghair.

Dave Kimball: My wife absolutely loves these. She usually wears a lower heeled and shafted boot so was a little apprehensive at first but once she tried them on she absolutely loves them. They fit perfectly to size and are comfortable right out of the box at least for short periods as she only wore them around the house here and there to break them in having said that like any leather bot there is a break is period but it wasn't long with these boots and already the are perfectly moulded to her feet and she says they are very comfortable and easy to walk in. The tread not only look rugged but is perfect for the snow and ice covered walk ways we have right now. And the construction of these boots is top notch and will last for a long time. Finally she loves that these are called Cherry Bomb as that is her name lol I or I should say we highly recommend these boots they look are gorgeous and comfortable and you will not be disappointed!!!

I bought a pair very similar to these from Dr. Martens about 10 years ago and they are a STILL in great shape... they are my all-time favourite boots, so when I saw these new ones, I couldn’t resist buying them so I have a back up pair!! They are just as amazing!!

Minneapolis Kitteh: I have small feet, so my limit for comfortable heels is about 3 inches - I was a bit hesitant to get a pair since it is almost 4 inches heel height, but I was pleasantly surprised it was very comfortable! The platform is about 1 inch so your net heel height is about 3 inches. I am a size 5M and got the same size, and it's got room for thick socks. Comfy right off the bat, a bit stiff when I walk down steps, but they'll soften up I'm sure. They have decent traction, which I love with DMs.
The only thing I took a star away from was that it was squeaky as hell, with the tongue of the shoe rubbing against the shoe upper - I was able to tone the squeaking down a bit with weatherproofing cream (petroleum jelly works too) between the spots that rub together.

arc: So, I am absolutely in love with these boots. Let me start by saying the incline looks much steeper than it really is and the boots are actually very comfortable to me (I have very defined arches). As for sizing, I am typically a 7 UK/9 US in flat Dr Martens (1460, pascal, etc.), but have noticed that I’m always a 6 UK/8 US in all high heel Dr Martens. This was the case with the Kendra and sizing down from 7 UK to 6 UK, was perfect. They fit like a glove. I think you could get away with ordering your usual size by using insoles if they feel too big. Otherwise the leather is very soft and smooth and requires no breaking in. The leather does crease easily, especially at the tongue of the shoe. Was rather disappointed that these only came with one pair of shoelaces, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Abrit SaNicS: I've been wanting these shoes for awhile and debated between these and another pair of block-heeled leather ankle boots. The Kendra boots won out because of the lovely cherry black color. The shoes arrived on time and in the expected new-product condition.
Unfortunately, when I opened the box and inspected the shoe, I realized that the light sheen over the leather that I'd assumed was the usual removable wax coating looked suspiciously like plastic. It's a stiff boot, which is expected, so I started the breaking-in process only to find that in addition to the pre-softening pinching in the usual spots, the boots also pinch at the front ankle area. I'd heard that the newer Docs that are made outside of the United Kingdom cannot be maintained in the same way that most genuine leather boots and the leather is not of the same quality as their UK counterparts. But I wanted to be sure, so I took my questions to a group who know their leather. Here's what I found:
As I'd suspected, the boots are plastic-coated and the coating cannot be stripped to condition and soften the boots. To clean them, I will be treating them as I would a pair of patent leather or vinyl boots - a 1.1...
