Alejandro MALO ARRAZOLA: Publicación de muy fácil comprensión para comenzar a entender la Teoría de la Relatividad

Zachory H.: I read this to my 3 year old and now she won’t stop quoting Neil deGrasse Tyson.

Laura: Tick pages, so it can be given to the child to play with.

Michel: Géniale, la relativité générale l'est. Mais l'idée de la transcrire pour les bébés l'est aussi. Avec le petit second degré qui s'y rattache !
Parents, à vos postes !

Lindsay L.: My 2 year old son really loves this book. We use our hands and/or a real ball on the bed to demonstrate the concepts and talk about it while we read it and he finds it so interesting. He asks to read it every night and even tries so hard to say the title. Great way to introduce basic concepts for toddlers.

Matthew McKeown: My son has loved this book since we got it. He was a year old when he first got it and now, at 15 months, he carries the book out to us saying “ma- ma-“, (his attempt to say “mass”).

The pages are simple, probably why babies get pulled in so easily. We read it to him and use his hands to point to the balls, and since we use asl with him, I do the sign for mass whenever it comes up, and he just laughs. I only noticed later that his planet books, which he also loves, are written by Chris Ferrie too.

It’s a great introduction to the world of physics, my kid loves it. We’ve since purchased a couple more of the baby university, and he enjoys them all, but since general relativity was first, it’s still his favorite.

scientist: Our 1 year old granddaughter loves it, her parents are having some difficulty with the concepts!! Also bought Bayesian Probability - wish I had that when I took three different stats courses in undergrad and grad school😂😂😂

Aldo G.: Es muy educativo para los niños.

maksim: It's not that I don't understand general relativity, but reading this to my toddler and 7 year old certainly reminds me that big ideas can be simplified into digestible concepts that are easy for even 1st graders to understand. Science can be fun and easy to learn for everyone!

This book is very durable, it has survived my toddler "driving" it on the floor (literally just sliding it on the floor like toy car).

Amazing book! I will definitely be buying the other books suggested on the back for my kiddos. Who knows, might even relearn a thing or two from the days of high school.

FrKurt Messick: This book is one that is either stand-alone, or one of a set that includes titles such as 'Rocket Science for Babies' and 'Astrophysics for Babies' (some others of which I have purchased). Obviously, even the most mild treatment of such a topic is going to require either extraordinary talent on the part of the baby, or a book that is little more than a tactile experience for the baby. But here's the deal - this isn't meant just for babies (sorry to ruin the surprise!).

This book, and others like it in the series, is meant for the adults in the baby's life - if the adults begin to learn how to teach in very simple ways some of the most complex and deep of scientific truths and discoveries at a very early age, who knows? We might be producing the next Einstein of Bohr (that's Bohr, not bore). At the very least, we'll be raising a generation who isn't afraid of science and complex ideas, for they will have had them literally from the cradle. And that's what makes this series so great.

This particular book starts with basic concepts useful in physics and relativity. This is a ball. It has mass (physics concept). More and less (basics). Flat space (a grid) versus curved...
