HandyHandy: So I purchased this fiber optic line to make an old school fiber optic lamp like the kind you used to see in the 70's.

But as you can see, and as I found out. The fiber optic comes wound up in a roll, as is obvious in the pictures. But what I did not realize until getting it unpacked and working with it is, that it does not come back out of that form when released. It keeps that memory.

So my whole plan to make this cool "typical" 70's fiber optic lamp went out the door. The reason is, the fibers needed to be super straight to make that lamp look right. These retain their curve and thus could not be used for that purpose.

But not to be deterred, I spent some time thinking about how I could make this work to my advantage.
It took a couple of days, but in the end I found a way to make this cool lamp.

Personally, I find it to be better than anything I could have done if I had stuck to my original idea.
I have a multi colored led bulb on it's way so I can change the colors with remote too.

As far as the quality goes. I did not have any issues with it. As long as you find the right end and understand that the line was rolled on a spool starting...

Johney D. Deaton: I am making a new review on & about this product, I have took down the bad review. Reason why!? I must say, that there was a very big miss understanding with this product by me & a little on the company side..... I am very surprised to hear from the seller & the company. They must know that they are not suppose to get a hold of their customers directly as they did with me. It's against Amazon rules but, & I must say by them doing this shows a lot of Pride for there company & products. I am happy that they did get with me. To me that shows a whole lot & tells a lot about the company & the people. They tracked me down & got with me on Facebook & ask me what they could do to make things right with me & the product that, I purchased from them. They wanted to & was willing to make me a happy customer! They offered to give me the other parts that, I did need to make my cable light work at there expense but, I am a reasonable person & a person with a big heart it was not their place to give away there other products just to make my one cable light work..... I told them that, come to find out that, I did not understand that there was more...
