Molly Stevens: All in all, I think I will be very happy with this carseat, but I just wanted to comment on a few concerns.
I read the user guide thoroughly but had to stop quite a few times to decipher the booklet. For instance, pg.17, “child’s ears are below the headrest” (of the car, of the carseat?) Pg. 39 shows a photo of two examples of children, one seated properly and one not seated properly even though the ears are not above the headrest. Pg.19 photo seemed confusing and could use clarification to go with “child’s ears are below vehicle seat” stated on the corresponding page. Page 38 and page 56 also.
I also would like to suggest that when the user manual is reprinted that the following is added to Page 50 — when the strap and clip are not needed, simply feed the strap back into the slot and then reposition the clip.
A couple more suggestions —
1. redesign/make the removal of the arm rest fabric much easier. It is near impossible to unsnap the armrest fabric the way it is. (Why make it so hard for a frustrated mom to be able to clean vomit off the armrests?) Also make the cupholder removal easier.
2. Color code the backrest connection...

Amazon Customer: My son loves his new “big kid car seat” it is comfy, easy to install and quality made for the price. His favorite thing was the detachable console that goes into the cup holder. This is really cute and functional for a toddler to keep snacks inside for the car ride.

Ma2VK: This car seat seems to be a great purchase so far. It feels comfortable, it was slim like I had hoped, the collapsible and easy to remove cup holders are a nice touch, I especially love the ease of the cinch-release if I need to remove the car seat. Other car seats I’ve had were heavy and required quite a bit of effort.
I removed one star due to the packaging box. I struggled to open it due to the glue-like residue that sealed the box closed. While it was nice to see it sealed it was unlike anything I’ve seen and took me a while with a lot of hard pulling.
Tip: I watched a YouTube video on this exact car seat on how to put it together. I found it more helpful than the included instructions.

Moho: Bought three of these booster seats (2 Lilac and 1 Drift) to replace our heavy convertible car seats now that our twins are eight years old and ready for more of a big kid car seat. 2 seats are for main car when transporting both and 1 seat for the spare car when just transporting one kid. These are easy to put together and install. They are light weight too so transferring from one car to another will be a cinch. The kids seemed to like them and say they are comfortable. I read a review in which someone used the packing material to pad the seat more. I did the same with the thicker foam padding in the box. I cut to size and inserted between the seat and the cover. It helps tremendously with the comfort. Just took the kids on 9+ hour car trip without any complaints. The only complaint I have is now I have to help buckle my kids in. It's too difficult for them to get the seat belt around them and into the fastener. Other than that, they seem to be a great transition seat. My children are narrow framed so they fit easily within the seat. I can foresee if a child is larger boned, he or she may not find these seats comfortable so check the width before buying.
