Charades Women's Enchanting Witch Costume

TLO: I thought I would come back 3 Halloweens later and comment that this is by far the best costume I have ever had. After a couple years of parties and taking the kids out trick or treating it still looks brand new. Very well made. Recommend 100%. It runs a little big but it’s perfect when you need to wear a winter coat and layers under it.

Amazon Customer: I won best costume at a friend's Halloween party. EVERYONE immediately recognized the character. It was fun that some didn't recognize that it was me. I loved the construction and the movement of the cloak. The horns stood up perfectly. The cloak was easy to put on and, more importantly, take off when it got too warm at the party. The horn headress could have fitted a bit tighter to keep the horns in place but it was a nice comfortable fit without constriction. When it was taken off i didn't have hat-hair. I had no problem with the collar standing up. It popped up as soon as i put it on. I have carefully hung this costume in my closet for any other time i need to go full Disney. Only issue was the length. I am 5'5" and had about 2" of cloak dragging the ground. After nearly tripping on it, i tucked a little of the cloak in my belt so it was off the floor in the front. LOVED this costume.

H. Parker: I debated about buying this costume for awhile ever since last year but then I saw the maleficent movie on tv last week and realized Halloween was on a Sat this year and I splurged. Let me say that I just received it today so I haven't worn it anywhere but around the house. It fits great, I tried it on over my work clothes and still had a nice fit even with the jeans and t shirt on. Which is good because I'll probably have to put a sweater on underneath it so I don't freeze since Michigan halloweens are usually snowy or rainy or a combo of both. I'm 5'5 so I knew from reading reviews that it would be long which it is so I'm going to have to wear heels or boots with heels depending on the October Michigan weather which is fine. I was a bit worried with the headpiece reviews but I put it on and walked around the house and it seems fine, a bit snug elastic wise. The thing that might be an issue was that when I took it off I noticed there were strings of thread hanging off bottom of costume and a few on the floor but it should be fine to get me through the month of October. All in all, I'm glad I purchased and I would definitely recommend this one to others because it's really hard...

GinLuk: This costume fits me just fine. I'm very tall (over 6 feet), and this costume was the perfect length for me, however shorter gals will probably find it dragging on the floor. I read the reviews about how the sizes run very big but ordered the 3X size to be on the safe side and it is really, really big but this allows the dress to be more "flowy" so it all works out good.

The other reviewers are right: this costume is a definite attention getter! I got compliments all night! I didn't do the green make-up (I tried, but the color I got was TOO green, and not a nice mint green so I just made sure my eye make-up was extra outrageous) but I did wear some yellow contacts. I startled more than one little kid, and had a few people ask to take pictures with me! (For the record, the lenses are FDA approved, and are prescription. If you're interested in what I used--I got them at lens dot com, the Angelic Yellow lenses, to be precise).

And now for the small gripes I have about the costume:

The headpiece is bad -- when I tried it on the horns flopped forward and were pointing ahead like I was a bull about to charge. I took the cheap stuffing out of it, and then the horns...

MJ: OK Big girls listen up...this costume is actually big for the sizing! WOW! Imagine that! Being a big girl who loves to dress up for Halloween and can NEVER find a plus size costume that is actually PLUS sized this costume was AWESOME! Big girls-You know what I'm talking about! I wear a 3x normally and I'm a 42DD. I'm a 4 at Torrid and like a 24 on a good day. I'm a bonafide big girl. I ordered a 3x and I was swimming in this costume. Not only is the sizing over-sized but the material is stretchy. I didn't have time to return it so I just wore it as it was but if I could do the transaction over again I would have ordered a 1x.

But it was. Man that Velcro was put to the test that night.
