David L Figgins: I needed a thin wrench to hold the jackshaft in place when loosening the arbor nut to change the saw blade. Thinness is important as there is little room to engage the jackshaft. This did the trick for an old Delta 10" bench shopmaster tablesaw.

Adjuster is super smooth, the Jaws open extra wide for a little extra purchase without a trip back to the shop for a bigger wrench. Grip is very rubberized and comfortable. Ill use these as long as they're made!

Summer: I was always frustrated with "standard" adjustable wrenches that do not open wide enough for larger nuts and bolts. This ChannelLock 8WCB solved that problem. The compact 8" wrench with wide, deep jaws has a nice finish and excellent grip. Well made in Spain.

Altan: It is well made and chrome plated but blue rubber cover is not quality at all, Spanish are not good with plastic or rubber it seems. (Made in Spain)

C. Sun: I was impressed by its claim of the thin jaw and wide opening. However, after I received it, I measured its jaw thickness to be 4.5-4.8 mm, tapering toward the tip. This specification should be advertised but it is not. The thinnest jaw one I found on Amazon is 2 mm, from the Engineer brand. Furthermore, the 2 jaws do not line up perfectly, with a 0.3 mm misalignment. The jaw's movement stuck a little around 5 mm opening mark. Clearly, this is not a precision-made tool. However, it feels sturdy and comfortable in the hand. I have a feeling it is more suitable for rough construction jobs.
