Mike: It's really nice but I tore it. I don't even have a very fast swing, maybe it's too steep? Anyways I've wrecked many different brands with full iron swings. But this is the nicest one I've wrecked. I'd consider buying it again for use with partial swings

RustyBonz: Durability looks fine, only time will tell. The sturdiness and portability are top shelf. If you’ve been looking, you know these mats come in much higher price points. Use this for chipping and pitch shots and the mat will help you practice. Practice will help you be a star around the greens. I like the tight lie option- all types of lies. Use another big mat for full swings. I have the 3x5 champ key which I love. Check the date on the reviews. It seems like they had a problem in 2020, but they went thru the work to fix the adhesive issues. Plus it’s 100% guaranteed. One con: the width interferes with my feet so I need to turn it around when using the tee surface piece. No biggie since I use the big mat for that. I use this one strictly for touch shots

Amazon Customer: Nice product but the fairway (longest ) grass mat came off after a few hits. Yes, I did hit it on the side, but it should have been a rubber extension of the base mat there so that it did not come off as easily as this.

I can still use the fairway portion of the mat if I position the ball well to the front of the hitting area, but still kind of annoying that it fell apart that quickly.
The rough section is holding up, but I have only started using it more since the fairway section failed.
